Here is what you can expect from our full custom website design services:

1. First we meet you for a free 30 minute consultation to determine your needs. Either on the phone or in person.

2. We provide you with a detailed proposal. We require our hosting fee plus 30% of design fee with signed proposal.

All content and images need to be submited before we begin the design process. If you need a logo designed, we can begin that process immediately. We expect all materials to be delivered within 10 days of approving the proposal.

New Policy:  If you do not submit content within 30 days, you will forfeit your deposit and the proposal will be invalid.

3. After all content and images are gathered, we will develop a draft design for you. This process may take a few tries before we get it just the way you want it. Our pricing allows for 3 revisions.  Additional revisions may incur additional costs.

4. After a design is chosen and approved by you, the pages will be coded and optimized. You will then be sent a copy for review.

5. You approve the final version and the website goes live! All updates after the site is approved will be charged our hourly rate.

What happens next?

Most starter websites are not built with content management systems so all maintenance would need to come through us.  There are exemptions and those would be explained during our consultation.  We provide an online form for submitting your changes. Minor changes are guarenteed within 48 hours (during business hours). More detailed changes may take longer.

You will be invoiced yearly for hosting fees and as needed for maintenance fees.

Maintenance Fees

We provide you with an online form to send us changes. If these are minor changes in text and images, then we guarentee a 48 hour turnaround (during business hours). More extensive changes may take longer. We only invoice for actual time spent on making updates and only invoice once we accumulate at least one hour. Most updates are less than 20 minutes.

IIf you have a lot of changes we may suggest our quarterly maintenance program so you can save some money.

Hosting Fees

We have a yearly hosting fee of $199 which includes:

• Up to 10 unique email accounts
• Year of hosting on our secure, private servers
• Year of domain name registration (if needed)
• Monthly Website Analytics Reports
• Billed each February for service March - February.  Will be prorated from the date of signed proposal.

Pricing

Starter 5 page websites are $700 plus hosting fees.We require 30% down plus hosting fees.
