Can
I make changes to the template showing my virtual tours?
The templates were designed to keep your cost low. Minor changes such as
background color, font, or font color are included in the service. If you
would like to change the page layout, you may have us create a custom page
for you. Custom page service begins at $100. |
Why doesn't the virtual tour
play?
One reason could be that you need the current version of Java.
It is available as a free download from http://www.java.com.
Another reason may be that your processor will only allow you to play
one tour at a time. Click on the tour to stop the rotation before
opening another. |
Why doesn't the tour rotate
when loaded?
You may need to adjust the preferences in Microsoft XP. Go to
My Computer > Properties (right click) > Advanced > Performance - Settings
tab > Visual Effects - select Adjust for best performance.

do I get people to my website?
There are experts that work specifically in search
engine submissions, but there are easy ways to get people to
your website. The best way is to add your web address on
all communication that you use, including business cards, email
signatures, stationary, and brochures. |

Yes, we will provide you with a web address that you can
share with your clients on your business cards, stationary, newspaper ads,
etc. It will look like this: http://www.alaskarama.com/yourname.htm . If
you would like to create a mini-webpage, pricing starts at $100. |
When
can I expect my virtual tours to be available online, after you
take the pictures of my location?
Typically within three business days. You will be contacted when they are
published to the web. |
What
if I want more than a single tour?
Additional tours may be purchased for $30 each, if the pictures are taken
on the same day and at the same location. |
